Oil Palm Fruit

This picture was taken when I join with my student go on visit in Oil Palm Plantation in North Luwu Regency in South Sulawesi Province. That was palm oil fruit in 4-5 fraction (Oil Palm Fruit maturity Scales). Palm oil (Elaeiss guineensis) was belong to Palmaceae, product abundant oil from the small fruit called kernel, the kernel produce CPO (crude palm oil) and so on processed become oil as soap, margarine, cooking oil, and cosmetic through factory processing.
